APA Pool League 8 Ball Match Rob 6 vs Thomas 6 Westside Billiards 10/22/25 2nd video
This was a match I will never forget...8 On the break in this videoMy 1st APA Mini slam.....which is making an 8 Ball on the break and 8 Break and run in the same match....23 years in the APA and it was my first.....now I must admit it is a newer achievement and patch....Thomas is a skill level 6 as I amthe race is 5 games to win the match...1st game I broke and ran but that game was not captured by the video camera, but I swear it happened....2nd game.....I say "well since the camera didn't catch that 8 Ball break and Run I will have to do it again...."well....I tried.....I broke great and ran 6 balls....then kicking at last ball I make an early 8 Ball and lost that game....Thomas breaks the 3rd rack which is the first time he gets to shoot in the match.....well I won the 3rd gamethen Thomas goes on a rampage and wins the next 3 games .....so now I am down 2 games to 4.....I need 3 games to Thomas only needed 1 game to win the match....I won the 7th game....then make the 8 Ball on the break now its Hill/Hill....which means who ever wins the next game wins the match...we battled it out and I made a great safety making Thomas kick at the 8 Ball and he scratched and lost the game and the match....so I came back 3 games to win the 8 Ball match then came back from being 17 balls down in the 9 ball match....my best night of playing 23 years in the APA.....Thanks Thomas.....nice to meet you and I look forward to playing again....like Efran says"I got lucky"
