David Howard was a two time US Open 9-Ball Champion, having won the event in 1982 and 1986.Hashimoto was the owner of Hawaiian Brian’s in Honolulu Hawaii. Bill Incardona is joined by Pat Fleming in the booth, with Jeff Carter replacing Fleming early in the match.
